This site began by tracking deaths from COVID-19 mismanagement. The pattern did not end with the pandemic. Care is underfunded. Environmental rules are gutted. Safety infrastructure is pulled down for political capital.
People get hurt. People die. The archive collects public reporting on those decisions — not a tally of the dead, but a living dossier of a government that puts itself and its donors first.
